Albert George Burden appears on the Ellis Island site and if you click on the "ship's manifest" you can see that he was headed for Bridgeport, Connecticut. It looks as though he was going to work on a railroad? It also looks as though he was in the US in 1903 for one year. I can't find him on the 1920 or 1930 census so maybe he was in the US temporarily for work.
I can only add that he was a Motor Driver, aged 39, married, his wife living at 6 Leonard Road, S. Chingford, London. He was travelling to a friend, whose name appears to be Geo. Jemmy(?) Lyon of Railroad Avenue, Bridgeport, Connecticut.
Is it possible to find Geo. Jemmy(?) Lyon of Railroad Avenue, Bridgeport, Connecticut. on any of the us census because apprently he is the husband of one of my gt gt aunts and I do not know which one.
