1861 Lookup - Kennedy in Lanercost - COMPLETED

Looking for household details of David Kennedy b abt 1823 and living in Lanercost in 1861.

Wife 'suspected' to be called Mary (nee ??) and may be with young children -  John 1855, Mary 1859, Margaret 1857 and Elizabeth 1861. These could alternatively be wife/children of a Simon Kennedy who I am told is not about in the 1861 Census...(as yet)....

I'm also trying to see if David is related to a John 1793 & Mary 1794 Kennedy - whose childrens details I though I had complete until I came across a mention of this David.

Hi HiFly, these are my Kennedy's, John aged 6 is my 2 times greatgrandfather. I seem to remember on the census there was another David Kennedy as head of household living in Kirkcambeck but am not sure if the ages and names fit in at all.

Thanks Cousin Anna - That's the John who got married to Ann Bell isn't it? Do you have dates of her marriage to John? If so I havn't gone down John's and Ann's line yet - and thus you already know it I'm sure :-)

As I think you know already, we are connected via John Kennedy (Kennity) 1690 & Dorothy Armstrong.

I must admit I'm having difficulties in establishing Thomas Kennedy (Kennady) 1724 wife and ALL their children - so though I would try and establish all the relationship of all the Kennedy's in the area....BIG TASK! Happy to send you what I have so far if you want. PM your e-mail and I'll send you a work-in-progress GEDCOM file.

Hello,
I am sure that we have been in touch before but all previous records were lost when my last computer died.  I am a descen
dant of Simon Kennedy (abt 1805) of Stapleton. 
I have some info on the family, especially on John, Simon's son, born 1843 in Stapleton.  I have no definite info on the family prior to 1805.  Any help you can give would be much appreciated.
