BUT...... in 1851 William Wall is also in Kidderminster lodging at a pub in Bromsgrove St ref HO107/2038/453 and the William Wall from Sugwaspool is still there in 1851.
So obviously 2 different chaps which still doesn't solve the mystery of where were your William and Martha in 1841

Have found the rest of the lodgers in 1851 besides William at the pub , Martha, Emmanuel (14 yrs) and Ann (16 yrs) are lodging with Ann Cook at possibly 'Love' Lane
HO107/2038
Folio: 522
Page: 22
transcribed as Wale as previously posted.

As Sue points out the Stretton Sugwas William and Martha are still there so need to be discounted!

Looks good match for marriage then, although they were quite young.

mmm- there is a Charlotta to William and Martha baptised at Eye 1829 - so that age would be different too.

They were married on 31st Decemer 1828, and I can see ANN baptised in 1834 - so that is a bit more accurate

I have to sayI am now stumped! I have tried all sorts of first name searches, surname searches etc but nothing seems to turn up. I have just looked at one page searching for Emmanuel - it wasn't him but the page was very feint. That may be the case for this family.
I would say that I have tried any possible mistranscriptions- and cannot find any that could fit. So ...
good luck

There is a Martha Oakly born to Ann [wouldn't you just believe it !] Oakly n 1806 at Aymestry, but that muddles ages even further...............
