Thomas Livingstone Reid Shand b 1823 lookup request

Can anyone help me find him in any of the censuses please?

He is very elusive and I would like to find out who he married.

He was born 29/1/1823 in Liverpool, Lancashire and died in 1909 at Fawsyde, Kinieff, Kincardineshire, Scotland.

He had at least one son and at least 3 daughters.

Barbara  Shand 20 not born in county
Charles  20              "      "     "    "
Thomas  15              "      "     "     "
living with Lady Janet Meeds? 30 and Agnes 3 both born Scotland.
or
H0107/511/3  9 12  Allerton parish of Childwall
William 57 Merchant , Mary 48, Samuel 24, Janette 20, William 22 Broker, Thomas 14. 
This Thomas in 1851 is a BA of Brasenose College, Oxford and is enumerated as Thomas H R Shand b Walton on Hill Lancs, living  High Street, Oxford H0107/1728 20 32 128.
Can't see other Thomas in 1851. Have you tried Scottish census?

That is amazing - the Lady must be Lady Janet Reid (nee Mathie), wife of Sir John Reid RN. Their daughter was Agnes and Barbara Shand is my gggrandmother.
