Hello, If anyone has access to any census prior to 1881 I would be grateful for a lookup for Thomas WHILEMAN or variation, born 1848 Clay Cross. I think that his father was probably George WHILEMAN, and siblings may be Sarah 1855 George 1857 James 1858. In 1881 he was a coal miner living Whitworths Yard, Clay Lane, Derby with wife Sarah and young family. Thanks Vicwinann

1861 census - the family is wrongly transcribed as WILDMAN but are still at Clay Lane but now at 24 Tunnell Row. Birthplaces have also changed just to complicate looking for them - our ancestors had no consideration did they?
