I have a Walter Dighton he was witness to the marrage of sarah ann miller & Leonard williams in 1901 Battersea I have pinned him down there is an alice cooper who married a Issac lee they had a leonard lee who married a Linda Dighton her grand father was walter I think a very distant but was bugging us for ages so they must have been good friend to have witness the wedding will be happy to email copy of cert take a better look at details  in morning

hi annette.i would love a copy of the cert.alice cooper means we are getting nearer to us finding a link and smiley face who is related to me all over the place has dightons so i think we might at last be on to something.keep in touch cathayb

Hi, I have relatives from footscray called Dighton and my great gran lived in an old gypsy caravan before she died and the van was set fire as was the tradition. My name is Dighton and my grand father was Nou Dighton and had brothers Levi and Kenza. We have an old painting of my Gran and a photo of her sitting on the steps of her van. I am trying to trace the history myself.

going to start doing the dighton tree now as  they look as if they relate to us in a number of ways.anyway with any info or certs on dightons or related families please post on here and if you have anything to send that cant be put on here post your name and i will pm you my email address.thanks alot cathayb   i think this shoulkd be interesting as it takes in alot of our trees.

Levi Dighton born 1909 the son of Caroline Smith/Andrew Dighton they also had a Daughter Eliza Dighton born 1889 sidcup who married Levi Boswell born 1882 eliza Dighton is my grannys mother who is Eliza Rutherford nee Boswell.

Do you have any information on the Dighton or any certificate.
