Notification Facility
« on: Saturday 13 May 06 21:57 BST (UK) »

Hi

Can someone please advise me re the following problem I have.

I have clicked the "notification button" on the rootsweb pages that are of interest to me, that was easy enough.

One of the reasons I did this was that I have to go away quite often for up to a fortnight and I don't want to miss anything.  But after a few days of me being away the notifications seem to "dry up" and the only way I can reactivate them is go through all of the pages that I am interested in and disable the notification and enable it again.

Is there anything I can do to improve this situation or am I stuck with doing this Sad Sad Sad Sad Sad

Many thanks for your time

I think the answer is that if you receive a notification but don't look at the post you don't get any more notificatons until you do.
