ARAM/ARRAM
« on: Tuesday 19 October 04 12:08 BST (UK) »

I am researching ALL spellings  of Haram/Aram etc-ONS.I can see LOTS of ARAMs along the Severn, wonder IF anyone is also researching them? Cheesy
As I myself come from a E.Yorks/Lincolnshire family-spelt Haram- -I tend to think they were to do with boats,as the names-whatever spelling -seem to be tied in with rivers etc.I know that there were ARAM families by Newnham and surrounding areas.
