I recieved this today and thought you might be interested.

Hi, have been given your email as someone interested in the Bowles family.  We are in the process of erecting a memorial to the aircrew who were killed in our Parish and would like to contact any living relatives.  Name:  Mervyn Alan Bowles, Flight Engineer, RAFVR, born 1923 died 25/02/1944 in Laughton village, Lincolnshire.  Son of Reginald and Lizzie Bowles of Goudhurst.  Buried in Goudhurst New Cemetery.  Thanks for taking the trouble to read this.
Best wishes - Di, Clerk to Laughton Parish Council
