Hi
I have an e.mail from a lady called Mary Freeman nee Steel
Who is looking for her sister Alice Matilda Steel born 29 sept 1920 or any relative she may have married a Mr Pooley? But this is unconfirmed.
It seems Alice was adopted by her granny  who lived at 9, Preston Road Stratford.
Other relations are Len,John and Arthur Steel who lived somewhere near Benfleet Essex.
