I have Arthur William Newman b.circa 1878 Portsmouth.married to Minnie West in 1900,in Portsmouth.
Anything on this couple,any children,and possibly a lead to the parents of Arthur William?Huh?

If so, then there is a good match in 1881: RG11/1162 79 47, parents Frederick and Annie.
