my gg grandparents were a John(1826) and Mary Buckley. On the 1881 census they were living at 14 Hills Lane Shrewsbury,Lodging House (Registered) Does anyone know what registered would have meant?John is listed as the head of the household and there are 10 lodgers listed. Any suggestions as to what kind of place it was? or where i could get any old pictures to see what HILLS LANE was like at that time. Thankyou Chris
