Nurse to King Alfonso of Spain

I have been told by an elderly relative that my 2xGreat Grandmother, Eliza Lyons, left Cambridgeshire to be a nurse to King Alfonso of Spain. She would have left after 1861 and probably before 1871. Can anyone suggest how I might be able to follow this up?

Alfonso XII was born 1857 and Alfonso XIII was born 1881.

Thank you for the information. I think she was more likely to have been nurse to Alfonso XII as she left her only daughter with relatives. Her daughter would have been 20 in 1881.
