Any emigration societies in luton?

Hi

Am not sure whether this is the right board to post this ...am still trying to find out how Edwin  & Kate Chamberlain got to Canada in 1910.

They had limited means and lived in Luton before they left.. looking at the ships lists I came across alot of 'groups'  and they talked about 'assisted' passage..2 of the societies mentioned where East End Emigration Society and Clerken Emigration Committee..

This could be why I can't find them as they were in a group..

Would any one have any information on such societies in and around Luton that they may have gone with?  I know they were methodists...was there a Methodist church aociety that did such a thing?
