Looking for any info on Smith Anderson and wife Marion Bennie and family residing at Meadowfield  Kilsyth in the1881 census for Kilsyth.                                                  Smith,s profession being that of Grains merchant and Commis. agent.                                                                  Are they still in Kilsyth in the 1891 and 1901 census and are they buried in Kilsyth. any info would be most appreciated,Billy Anderson.

There's a death entry showing up on the free search option on Scotlands People, the official Scottish pay to view site for BMDs and Census data, for Smith Anderson in Kilsyth in 1900 with a birth year of 1826, which ties up with the info you got from Audrey.
