Is there a web site for finding my Higgins relatives who immigrated to Penzance Cornwall from Cork in Ireland in 1849/50.

Any help most appreciated

Hello bper in oz,

There are very few, if any, passenger lists for people who travelled from Ireland to England. Between 1801 to 1922 Ireland was part of the United Kingdom and records
for movements from country to country in the UK were not required.
