Oh Pete..can't thank you enough.  I'm speechless that you have gone to all this trouble for me, you are very kind !!  Oh and definitely legend status!!  Grin Grin Grin

Obviously it's hard to know if these are the same couples but I'm pretty sure 90% of these are mine, later to settle in Cainham and I still have relatives in that area today some 400 plus years later.  (My rellies weren't big on travel LOL  Grin Grin Grin Grin)

If you ever need a photo restored (I spend most of my life on the photo restore board  Roll Eyes ) just say the word!!

Many, many thanks

Hi Pete

How long would it take for you to type 357 out....I'M KIDDING!!   Grin Grin Grin Grin

I would be interested in any John, Richard, William, Benjamin and James Wilkinsons which are the main boys names, particularly very early.  I can trace a Wilkinson in Cainham around 1734 but prior to that I don't have anything so I figure they might have gotten adventureous and wandered about the neighbourhood a bit but if there are too many than don't worry, you have done so much for me already.

Many of the names you have given me from Bitterley tie in with names I have at later dates in Cainham.  Grin Grin Grin

Have a great day.

Cheers

Hi Caz Smiley

If you really want all the Wilkinsons mentioned, I will Pm you with them , save cluttering the boards up,  I would have to send them in batches of ab 50 as any more would exceed the limit,  I can send you batches as time allows, I thought I would ask first as you may not like a lot of unvited stuff in your mail,

all the best,
Pete Smiley

P.S. Caz I cheat really , I cut and paste, If you was to wait for me to type that lot, you would be with your rellies Smiley Smiley,

Hi Rosemarie

I don't have that much on the Didlicks, but I can tell you that my Dad's grandmother was a Didlick from Cainham, Ludlow.  Let me know if I might have more info of interest to you.

Hi Claire,  Good to hear from you and if your great grandmother was a Didlick we're definitely related!  If you let me know her name I'll look her up on my tree and let you know what details might be helpful.  Thanks so much for replying.

Regards, Rosemary

Hello again Claire,  Did your G Grandmother Alice marry someone called ? Evers and have Maud & Harry?  If so I've found the right one but I don't have anything down from the children so it would be good if you're able to help.  This Alice is 3rd cousin twice removed to my husband Neil!

Speak to you again hopefully.

Hi Trevor,  good to hear from you about Eliza.  I have had a look on my tree and I have an Eliza Didlick born to Henry & Mary Ann DIDLICK nee Walters in 1866 at Caynham in Shropshire.  It is very likely that her name changed at some stage to DIDLOCK and at least two of her brothers changed their name.  The Didlicks/locks are all mixed up but we all come from the same family!  I don't have any marriage details for Eliza but I did find an Eliza Didlock marrying a William Walter SEAR in 1883 in the Hemel Hemstead area so this could be her.

If there is anything else I can help with please let me know.  Eliza was one of 8 children.

Best wishes,

Rose Didlick Smiley
