1861 census for Galashiels
« on: Monday 29 May 06 22:44 UTC (UK) »

I have an 1861 cenus index for Galashiels which shows a family consisting of John Redger age 56, Helen Redger age 55 and Robina Redger age 19.  The real spelling of their name was Rodger, but it was spelled Redger in 1861.  I would be grateful if anyone would be able to find more information on this family.  Thank you, James from Canada.

Hi James,

Would you John be a Stucky Moulder (Plaster Moulder) born in Lanark?

Hi Anna,

Do you have the 1851 census entry for Andrew and Violet and if not do you want it?

Hi Emma, yes I already have the Rodger's on the 1851, thanks very much for offering. Please have you managed to find any further details on my Beattie's at all?

Thanks
