George Hindhaugh
« on: Wednesday 31 May 06 23:41 BST (UK) »

Hello all,  If anyone can help with this it will make the world of difference to us.

I'm looking for my great grandfather George Hindhaugh.  He definately lived at Chester-le-Street at some point in his life.

He died in the 1950's whilst staying with his daughter Christina (Chrissie, married name not known yet) in Isleworth.  ( I'd better put something in the London board too!)  Chrissie had 2 children.

George married Ellen and they had 3 children:-

William b. 1906
Robert b. 1908
Christina b. 1911

I also know George worked as a coal hewer.

Research so far says he is not:

George William Hindhaugh b. 1876 in Coal burn, Durham or
George Edward Hindhaugh b. 1881 Burnopfield, Durham

Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.  Smiley
