Ipswich Newspaper

I am Hoping someone would be able to help me. My Nana wrote alot of Poems in the Daily Star Newspaper I think it was this newspaper. She has died. But I am hoping I could get copies of the Poems. I live in The USA and dont know how to go about getting this.
Her name is Winifred Joy of Ipswich.

The Ipswich newspaper is the Evening Star, the Daily Star is a National paper. I assume you are talking about the local one?? They have their own website where I'm sure you can contact them, home this helps. JK

i remember Winifred Joy

didn't she live in the Woodbridge area

she had regular letters and poems in the evening star

Thankyou for the reply. My nana lived on London Road in Ipswich. I tried to email the Evening Star twice and they both came back so I dont think I will be able to get any copies of her poems or letters. My Mom Lives in tucson and we live in Phoenix, Arizona USa so it makes it harder to do anything.

sorry for the confusion over the address,

but if i remember correctly (this time Grin)
there were 2 ladies who regularly had letters etc
in the star, and i got them a bit muddled (i'll use my
age as an excuse)

i have sent an e.mail to the star, and i'll let you know if i manage to get a reply
