McGregors from Glen Etive.

My wife's father was born in Glen Etive in 1908.

His parents were Gregor McGregor and Jessie Cameron.

Does anyone know this family who can help me trace in both directions.

Sorry can't help you with the family but ........if you got Gregor & Jessie's MC (Marriage Cert) and/or  DC's (Death certs) you'd be off the ground with it. As this should  tell you who their parents are. You will find their MC on this site  but you'll only find  their DC's if they passed on before 1955.

I do use Scotland's People.  I must have bought Scotland by now Cheesy

This one, however, is proving just a wee bit elusive. I will get there eventually. I was / am hoping there is someone out there who knows the family better than I do ( including my wife !!)  Smiley Smiley
