HELP unable to find year of death for William Scaffold

Hi, wonder if anyone can help in trying to find when someone died i have searched the deaths on Ancestry and cannot find it, its for a William James scaffold born approx 1859 he was married to florence Jane Thompson, and is buried in Hampton Bishop church unfortunately the is no Headstone, we know he died before 1932 as he is deceased on his daughters marriage certificate.

Do you think this is your William Scaffold:
Died aged 54 in 3rd quarter of 1913 - reference Hereford 6a 516.
I hope it is.

His death certificate will be available from the Hereford Register Office
