Bob,
I've copied and pasted to notepad your text as requested, changed the surname files to end in .htm and put them all including index.htm in a separate folder but still no luck linking them to the index(starter page).

Hi Bob,
When I click the Chapman link, I see 'C:\Documents and Settings\John Rosser\My Documents\My Website\First Website\chapman.htm' and Page cannot be displayed error. When I click on index I see:C:\Documents and Settings\John Rosser\My Documents\My Website\First Website\index.htm
Any help?

I've uploaded my new index and names to the website but I seem unable to link to Harper-I can't see the answer-please help; also with the other links you mentioned please.

I've amended the codes and now the names are in alphabetical order and the links work at long last!! Well done and many thanks. Is there anything else I can add simply such as a web counter or links as you originally suggested.

Yes, web counter, guest book, e-mail forms (rather than having the e-mail address on the site), photos, .....
the list is endless.
We also need to put a link to the home page on each of your family pages.
I'm a bit busy now, so I'll come back to you on this soon.
