Can anyone confirm the marriage of a Robert Pigg to an Elizabeth (unknown) between 1700 and 1710.   It is possible this may be the same Robert (b.15.05.1687 - in Barkway) who was the son of John Pigg & Mary Chipperfield. Any help would be more than appreciated.

Hi !!

I havent found a marriage around 1710 but I have found one in 1847.

Robert Pigg - Elizabeth Cotterell : Barkway 17.6.1847

There was a Robert Pigg who married Sarah Rusted on 22.10.1764 in Barley. 

Or: Robert Pigg married Elizabeth Gates in St. Marylebone, London on 21.8.1670.

Any help??

Many thanks for all the Pigg info.    Whilst you've given us some new avenues to explore, sadly we're still stuck with our problematic Robert (1687-1742) who ended up living and raising a family in Chrishall - Essex (just outside Hertfordshire).
We'll keep searching, and thanks again.
