Orange and the Capt
Thank you both so much.
I seem to have every Twig marriage, birth ,Death and Will.
I am a waitting a few that should come soon.
The Tyrone Twigg's we have had contact with this family and I have a tree back to the 1600's as yet ours do not seem to link (positive proof not found yet)
Belfast Twigg's Have contact with this family and it would seem that Hugh and Dennis were probably cousins It would seem some are Roman catholic and other Presbyterian. families went to USA and Canada
Donegore Twigg's Our Twig's
Think I need more leg work to look through PRONI 's obscure records
forgot these ones
outdoor releif PRONI BG/1/EA/1 Thomas Twig (NO AGE) Donegore Ballysavage 25/06/1885 to 25/06/1885
Royal Artillery Thomas Twig Born Ballyclare 1830 discharged 1848
Thank you all again ,it is lovely to share my headache
so anyone who is looking for Twiggs come and find me, I might be able to help

Welcome to the Twig search Baird
unfortunately so far I have no Henry.....
But I have a Michael in Belfast 1760-1800 a cotten thread/muslin merchant with links to Manchester.
I have also found that lots of Twig;s are either, born ,marry ,have children ,then die and the spellings can change each time.
Twig Twigg Twiggs Twigge Quid Quigg Tuig Tuigg to name a few
I have followed many families backwards to find them go from Twig to Quig and back to Twig again ( think it is the Irish pronunciation)
I will keep Henry in mind and let you know post haste if I find him ...do you know of any other family names or his fathers name?
Steve

I have found a sister for our Sarah Twigg snr daughters of Joseph .......a Letitia obviously named after her aunt Letitia married to Hugh
Letitia married John Drummond Magee can not find any children born to them or their deaths. and there is no family stories about them
