I am fairly new at Genealogy and have found I have an elusive ancestor (don't we all??!).
This is what I have:
Charlotte Livingston(e)
dob June 10, 1895
Aberdeen Scotland
Father's name: William
Mother's name: Jane, Janet, Jeanett
Charlotte moved to Canada early 1900's
Married a George Patrick Allen 1919 in Toronto, Ontario
Died and buried in Toronto, ON
The little tidbits received from sketchy sources:
*Livingstone could have been a 'foster name' as the family farm may have burned.
*Given name (at birth) may have been Mary Charlotte Winnifred Doag (sic)
*Charlotte may have left for Canada due to pregnancy out of wedlock...child's middle name was Forbes (father's surname??)
Searching out any Livingston(e)s in the Aberdeen Scotland area around the late 1890's early 1900's.
