Hi can anyone please offer any advice were to find a person
they are listed in the Ramsgate Parish Register as born  "Harold Back 13th march 1914   and that is were it ends nothing else about him any were cant find a marrage or death  am now ready to pull my hair out on this one  any advice were to look PLEASE

Hi

Do you just want to come forward towards date; or also to go back to discover his ancestors? Either way, I would suggest you need to first get his full birth cert.

His birth is registered on www.1837online in June q 1914 in Thanet RD. Mother's maiden surname shown as Nicholls.  There is a link from 1837online to the GRO where you can buy a cert online.

If you have done exhaustive searches for his death (including in infancy) and marriage, you can also check for his possible death in WW2 (again, available on 1837online)... or of course he may still be alive aged 90!

Looking for the deaths and wills of his parents might help in providing leads if none of the above is successful.
