just found an Edward TOD born 1831 Stirlingshire, living at Newlands Of Plean, Stirlingshire, his occupation is M S  (merchant seaman ?) he's in parish 488 page 4.

In same household is Andrew White born 1790 Stirlingshire & Mary White born 1791 Scotland.
