Would someone kindly do a 1891 & 1901 lookup for 2 of 4 Horsfall brothers -

Richard H. Horsfall - b.1860 Todmorden,Yorks
                                In 1881,was living with
                                 Uncle @ Vicarage in Dacre

John William Horsfall - b. 1862 Todmorden,York
                                   In 1881,was a boarder,
                                   living in Halifax - a tool-
                                   smith.

Any help would be appreciated.

1891 found John W Horsefall mistranscribed as HORSEFIELD

They are living at 49 Duckworth Street, Blackburn

 They are living at 14 New York, Bolton Lancs

Surname is correct as Horsfall

John's Occ is down as General Smith + Mechanic


The younger daughter Maud is not here.



There is a Visitor meniton a John Sugden bn 1859 the same place as Hannah



Cant see Richard his brother yet though.



Just found Maud she is working as a servant in Bolton also.

Hi Wendy,
Could you possibly post the  complete 1891 & 1901 census information again,as it was deleted due to copyright violation.

Although Richard was living in Dacre,Yorks in 1881,I don't know whether Richard H.Horsfall (b.1860 Todmorden) remained in Yorks. or moved to Lancs. by 1891-1901.
I did find  marriages for a Richard Horsfall in Mar.qtr.1894 Todmorden and 1900 Rochdale. Not sure if either is the correct one.

Any further help would be appreciated. Thanks,again.
