1833 marriage in Prestbury lookup please

Hi

Is there anyone who could possibly check an entry in Prestbury PRs for me please.

A user submitted IGI entry gives a marriage there between Joseph Needham and Rachel Charlesworth on 2/12/1833. Specifically I would like to know whether Joseph is stated to be a widower.

I believe they were both from the parish of Hartington Upper Quarter in Derbyshire (the actual villages if given would probably be Earl Sterndale & Crowdicote)

Hi

     There is an entry in the Cheshire marriage index that confirms the IGI one, the only other info in the index states both of Macclesfield, she a spinster he a farmer.

     The Chester records office will give you full details from the registers,  there is an email address in the link at the bottom of this post. With you haveing the names date and place they don't usually charge, and they will be quite quick with their reply.
