I think this would be the family in the 1881 census, as the website I posted said George Peters himself was from the West Indies and this also shows James
Living on what looks like Aldersey Street, Liverpool.
Peters George aged 26 born West Indies Occ C(ircus) Traveller
Peters Hannah aged 25 born Shopshire
Peters James aged 14 born Liverpool
Peters Charlotte aged 3 months born Liverpool
