I don't live in Shaftesbury but my paternal family come from there - they being Morgan, Petty, Wooldridge,


We had family that lived on Salisbury St

I have a few photos as well of the town if of any interest

I was about to go to bed (being 1am in my world) when your post arrived. Tis my mother's family that came from Shaftesbury - their name was Miles - I haven't seen any of your names in my tree.
