This is a long shot i know.  I have looked at the 1911 Dublin census and found Annie Loughrey.  Census details are as follows:
Mary Loughrey Head Widow 50 RC Phillipstown Kings County
James son 24 Dublin City
Annie daughter 22 Dublin City
Mary Hunter daughter married 26 Dublin City
Brigit daughter 15 Dublin City
Mary Hunter granddaughter 10 months.

Mary came from Phillipstown.  According to the census she had been married 28 years.  Mary was born in 1861 (ish).  Does anyone know where I can obtain lists of births from Kings County (Phillipstown in particular? 

I have no idea if Mary (do not know her surname) married in Phillipstown or if she had moved to Dublin and then married a Loughrey.  Any ideas from anyone welcome.
