Could someone plese check the marriage of George Mitchell, in Bishop Stortford in 1865, would like to find out who he married as neither Free BDM or Ancestry has a wife's name.

Which quarter and what is the volume and page.  Alternatively, a copy of one of their childrens birth certs will give you her  maiden name

Looking at the image the page no; is 309 not 09 as transcibed,

George MITCHELL  Sep Q 1865  Bishops Stortford  v.3a  p.309

When I searched for the above ref. the other names are,

Mary Ann MATTHEWS
Mary Ann PARKER
Samuel BERRY

Hi Jericho,

I searched the Parish Records for Bishop Stortford, Hockerill and Holy Trinity  but found no trace of the marriages of George Mitchell or George Day in the 1860's.  Your information doubtless relates to Bishop Stortford Registration District and if you can nominate the actual parish, I will gladly make further seaches.
