Hello Here is what i know.John was born in Bristol 1804?.Matilda i think that is how you spell it,had a son Reuben born 1834?.When Matilda and John met and married are not sure about that. They appear on the 1841 Warwickshire census as husband and wife.Reuben is named as Reuben Woodbridge so he is not Johns son.John occupation is a baker hope any of this helps. many thanks Pam

Latest bud on my family tree

Hi, I have found Matilda Woodbridge married Reuben Pearce 19/11/1835 All Souls St.Marylebone.
There is an entry submitted by an LDS member on the IGI that says Reuben Pearce born 16/10/1834 died 19/11/1909 father William Pearce?
This may mean an LDS member is researching this family if they have listed his date of death. But father William?
One step forward one step back.
I hope this helps.

The 1835 marriage on the IGI reads "Martha Woodbridge", not Matilda. Here's that family in 1841, in case they're still related:
North St. Edgware Road, St. Marylebone Reuben, 35 Martha, 40 Reuben, 13 Benjamin, 7 Jonathan, 4
(all b. 'out of county') (this is probably the Reuben/Ruben who d. 1845)
