HI I have found your family in the 1891 census, living in London. Also do you have the full1901 census for the family, they had a lot of children, if you would like the details let me know and I willpost it. In 1891 he used William not Thomas, and Eliza is listed as born Deptford although on 1901 it states Birmingham.
1891 census address 33 Shane Road (road name not to clear buts looks like Shane)
