I am not able to figure out how to post a query, sorry to use this reply screen but I can't get into help because of popups can you help me please   Nanna

Hi Nana

if you go to the webpage that you wish to post your query (i.e. beginner's, look up request, common room etc - can get into them from the main rootschat page) you will then have a button that is called "New Topic" if you click on that it will allow you to post. You must be logged into be able to see that button
