Is there any way of finding out if someone emigrated in the 1950's and 60's.
I am sure there isn't but somebody out there might know differently.

Hi Genni
The 2 popular places in the 50's and 60's were obviously Australia & Canada, but this is just a general enquiry as I am doing a couple of searches in the UK and am struggling to find information after 1950 and wondered if they might have emigrated.

Mike
For immigration to Australia in the 50's & 60's you would find the records at our National Archives.
www.naa.gov.au
Not everything is online, but if the family immgrated in that period the Archives off ice would have it.
Cheers

If you are still interested in Immigration to Canada during the 50's and 60's, here is a link that will explain what you have to do.
