Marriner and Johnston
« on: Thursday 12 February 04 11:45 UTC (UK) »

I have a Maggie Johnston born 1871/2  living with her grandfather William Marriner in Longtown in the 1881 census.  There is also a John W Johnston born 1869 living with his Aunt Elizabeth Pimlott in Rusholme.  I know Elizabeth is Williams daughter so Maggie and John are brother and sister as they are both born in Liverpool.  What I am looking for is the name of their parent's as I can find no daughter of Williams who could be the mother.  I have possible names of Jane and Andrew as parents but as said I can find no Jane in Williams family. Can anyone help.  Thanks Norma
