By now you should be aware that whatever you do, you cannot prevent image downloads.

If it is on your screen, it can be copied or printed.....with considerable ease.

While you can't stop it completely, you can reduce the number saving the images.  I don't really think many people would save the images anyway but disabling right clicking will stop the majority of those who would otherwise do it.  Even with right clicking disabled, you can still get a screenshot or view the page source and find the URL of the image.  However most people who use the internet either don't know how to do this or will see it as too much hassle and give up.

Most people have a printer.....Many printers come with Photo Impression or similar....its a diddy little program, fairly c..p really, but the Screen Capture is so simple to use....it doesn't take an IT expert to do it.

To grab the screen at the same resoloution it is displayed at takes about 5 seconds max.
