Just two quires about the information you sent me. Is the Martha that died in 1863 down asTippins or Turner? and what source did you take the information that the Tippins were the keepers of the Titley Toll Gate From.

we have a tollgate or turnpike [depends which census it is] in our family and I found it interesting. not an easy job near the Welsh border of course at times with the Rebecca riots.

Just one more thing that I missed when I read your messages first time round. How do you know that the Tippins lived to great ages? Do you know when the keepers of the Toll Gate at Titley.
I have also taken your advice and conntacted the Kington History Society via email.
