Hunter in Scotland
« on: Friday 28 July 06 05:46 BST (UK) »

This may sound funny Hunter being a common name, but I hardly know anything about my grandfather. This is what I do know, David Hunter born 1919 in Ayr, I think, died July 1979 of a stroke in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. He married Ann Patricia, or Patricia Ann born apr 1920, I believe in 1939, married in Hamilton. 3 sons by the names of David John Hunter 1941-1999, Robert Lawrence Hunter 1945-1998 and James Norman Hunter 1952-1997. My grandmother was born Ann Patricia Campbell and as far as I know that is her officially legal name but she only goes by Patricia Ann Campbell then Hunter.
