As i said, the Kenneth George MacLennan, Jun Q, 1873, West Derby is the only one there is  Undecided

Were there any Kenneth's on either of his parents' sides?

Just another thought  Shocked 

I can't find the births of George's elder brothers. John b abt 1870 and Joseph b abt 1872 all in Liverpool.

I have found the baptisms of his 6 younger siblings, all in the same church.

Do you think the first 3 were baptised  Huh  Their parents were married May 1869, Vauxhall Rd Presbyterian Church Liverpool.

I have a thorn in my side now   Roll Eyes Cry  And I don't know where else to look.   Undecided Undecided Undecided

My Scots ancestors who moved south of the border  didn't register their children  - only two deaths  Sad Luckily I was able trace them via parish records.

have you checked the Presbyterian Church records?

just got back from the records office. They don't have the records for this church  Angry Cry

Well and truly stuck now, unless there is a Presbyterian Society somewhere that might have them  Huh

Just been through the death index for West Derby in 1915. Found an outside possibility:

George McCalla, Sept Q, 1915, W D, vol 8b Page 724. Age at death 41 giving an approx date of birth  of circa 1874.

There is also a birth reg for him:

West Derby, Dec q, 1874, vol 8b Page 592

Better check for him on the censuses   Undecided
