Trying to find siblings of the following family line of Austin/Austen..
All born at East Malling. Kent.

John Austin                                b.1751   (Wifes name Ann)
Their Son John Austin                b.1783   (Wifes name Margaret)
Their Son Edward Austin            b.1816   (Wifes name Ann)
Their Son Thomas AUSTEN         b.1836  (Wifes name Eliza)
Their Son George Henry Austen b.1866  (Wifes name unknown)
Their Son George Austen           b.1888  (wifes name Olive)
Their Son Stanley Austen           b.1913 (wifes name Winifred Wade)

Hi

May we ask the source for any or all of this information to, hopefully, make it easier for somebody to find them for you.  I am just thinking that for the family to be researched this far back, somebody would have needed to consult the census which would have listed siblings etc. from those alive anytime between 1841 and 1901 Undecided

I do not know the source of the information that I have given.
It has come from notes left by my brother, and I can not ask him because he is dead.
That is the reson why I am asking for help to trace the details required.
If I knew the source of the information I could look up myself.

Thankyou for putting us in the picture - it really does help and might explain that there could be some slight errors if you have no evidence ie. why you can't find them in various census with the dates/birthplace given.  However, there is a family in the 1901 census at Aylesford which might be worth you looking at ie. George H AUSTIN age 34 b.Larkfield Undecided

This family are also in Aylesford 1891 see http://www.kent-opc.org.uk/General_Records.htm There is no son George bc1888 with them but there is a child bc1894/5 - of course we would have no proof this this son is your Stanley's father without some other evidence Undecided
