Hi,

Would be grateful if someone could look him up.

All I have is

Frederick Barnes b1863 Pembroke. Was a surveyor of Dockyards in London in 1881.

You will find details of John Barnes, labourer at Pembroke Dockyard in 1820, together with his family, including Frederick, in Richard Rose's 'Pembroke People', Otterquill Books, 2000.  The book also gives an immense amount of background detail on life in Pembroke in the early 19th century.  See www.otterquillbooks.com.
