James Passfield, Waltham, 1851/1861 pls

Hi,
I am looking for James Passfield (or maybe Pasfield?).

All I know is that his daughter Harriet M Passfield was born on 12th December 1851 in Waltham - from her marriage certificate (1869 to Herman Sievers). So I would hope to find him there in 1851.

I can't seem to find a corresponding James in any census index.

I have now found a James Passfield in Waltham Abbey in 1841, but still not in the other years. I can't tell if this is the one I am looking for.
