PALMER marriage in Cambridge? abt 1835
« on: Wednesday 09 August 06 20:54 BST (UK) »

I am hoping someone can help me with this - my gt gt grandfather's elder brother, Stephen PALMER married an Elizabeth from Cambridge in abt 1835/6 as their 1st child, Elizabeth, was born abt 1837 - probably in Gazeley, Suffolk[details taken from 1851 Census for Ramsey, Hunts]  JUST before Registration began Sad

Trying to trace details of this marriage - Stephen was born in Portugal/Spain during the Napoleonic Wars to Stephen PALMER & Maria DeSilva in abt 1812.

Any ideas, anyone?

Many, many thanks for this information - and I must apologise for not thanking you before, but I've only just found this reply.

Now off to the Soham Roots website Smiley
