u've missed a 'u' out
Thanks ever so - and enjoy the wine, I'm having salmon with stir-fry veg and camargue rice.....
and a glass
I think I must take after the Mates/Meates/Mate and the Wilson-Burgess-Carson lines.
I haven't yet mentioned George Carson who was a spirit dealer in Castle Douglas and left his guns to young Adam. Oh and 3 x Grt, James Burgess who seemed to have consumed an awful lot of rum on the way to Philadelphia in 1823 and........................

Great work !
It was a link with a past that I knew nothing about. I developed the ambition to have a photograph of their descendants 100 years later. In the summer of 2005, after six months of hard research and many phone calls and e-mails, over 90 descendants met up in Chirk.
Thats brilliant - most envious !

Thought I would add my congratulations to Gadget on her website. Not had a proper chance to read through it but will have a thorough read later on. Looks well laid out and the content looks interesting.

Thanks to Scroppers, Gordon and Mobo
I find trees on there own pretty boring, Mobo. It stems from a whole course in Kinship in 2nd year (Anthropology) - all those charts
But the structural layouts are good for designing databases
They are a necessary step to the interesting stuff though

Never satisfied Annie. If we were, we'd just might as well lie down and die now! There's masses more to do and I will keep writing and reading and thinking and scheming and travelling and photographing and researching till I die, I expect.
It's a fun way to go though
