I found the following entry in the ancestry index:

Mary Cook born abt 1836 Dunbartonshire, Scotland  census place Dunbartonshire

Could someone tell me who she is living with please?

Definitely is meant to Kilmaronock and not a mistranscription of Kilmarnock as the former is a parish in Dunbartonshire:
