I see you have now gone offline. I have moved this to How to use RootsChat. If my suggestion has not helped, can you please post exactly what the problem you are experiencing is and we will try to sort it out for you.

Bob:  Your message dind not help.  I used the web site constantly for a feew years up to this time last year.  I cannot send  replies or messages , only starting new subject.  I get "Session timed out".  I am usng CompuServe in the US and this might be my problem.  Patrick
